Why should Britney be blamed though? If she doesn't want to do ****, she doesn't have to. She doesn't owe anyone anything.
Larry, on the other hand, is a manager and while he is okay at it. I expect him to up his game in terms of marketing and promotion of an album. FF's promotion was terrible. Even artists who do 10x more promo themselves have better album campaigns and deals. I don't think he is to blamed eniterly though. Britney has a huge team. Touring is the only thing she seems to enjoy these days and that shouldn't be a problem. Her being lazy WHILE performing should be, it's not her job to promote an album. Not anymore anyway. She's done her part. She probably gives zero ***** about chart positions or sales these days anyway.
That being said, I personally think this will be good for Miley, especially since she's with Holywood Records.
Larry can only do so much. Britney is not ADELE, not in this time, day, year or age...
