May I please remind you that Luke and Max were the album's executive producers? If they wanted their names to appear first then what exactly were their other collaborators supposed to do to stop them? Order means nothing and you have no way of knowing who contributed what, so maybe you're the one who needs a seat.
In other words, you were too cheap to buy it. Luckily for Britney, not all of us were, and I can confirm that Ke$ha's name does indeed appear last in the song's writing credits in the album's booklet. But so too does Bonnie's in the credits of many of the songs she helped pen (and when hers is not last, it's second last). Why would they bother getting these ladies involved at all if their contributions were so paltry?
