If it is for a Beauty Book, I don't see why they wouldn't just say that. "Book project" seems like something new rather than just a second installment of a charity book. At least to me anyway.
Plus the first Beauty Book for Brain Cancer was shot by Darren Tieste. Brian Bowen Smith seems to do mostly career-related photoshoots for Miley, like her first and second website shoots, and he did the Who Owns My Heart single cover. I think he might have even done the Can't Be Tamed shoot too but I might be wrong.
