Bieber Starts Concert TWO HOURS Late
@_JamesR: Justin Bieber is currently TWO hours late (and counting) for his own concert. Young fans are leaving as it's so late.
@_JamesR: Bieber update: He's decided to show up. Is the arena curfew 11pm? Crowd were booing and last tube is around midnight.
