Both have really monotone & nasal voices. Both struggle to stay on key live & are heavily dependant on auto-tune in their music. Who do you think is worse and why?

This is hard as both are terrible singers, I'd say Frank is slightly worse.

Neither of them are terrible singers at all. I've only seen one bad Frank performance, at the Grammy's, and it was mostly from nerves. Justin's underrated when it comes to vocals, he's a great singer.

When someone is THAT untalented vocally I don't even mind lip syncing/autotune.

Bieber is terrible, from what I've seen. Ocean was strong on SNL; weak on the Grammys.

Neither of them have terrible voices.. Franks tone is kind of love it or hate but just because you hate it doesn't make him a bad singer. He has a nice baritone voice to me.
