It enrages me so much when I hear people in the black and African communities say that homosexuality is a "foreign/white/European" thing. It's not. Same-sex behaviors have been documented all around the world, including Africa, in every time period of history. The concept of sexual orientation is relatively new, and before it's invention people had no concept of "gay versus straight".
And I think it's so hypocritical for him to decry homosexuality as being a European vice and not of Africa, when he is sitting there practicing a European religion.
