The UK charts are a SALES chart. Of course they won't include Youtube. All they need to measure is sales.
The Hot 100 is a POPULARITY chart, so they need to move with the times to try and reflect popularity of songs.

meh. I like the UK's chart better..but sales alone isn't an accurate representation of what's hot/successful. It should be a combination of radio and streaming factored into it.
