This is one of the times why I appreciate youtube. It can actually expose people who are brave enough to watch how people abuse their power, such as the tasered student incident.
This SOB cop needs to be dragged out to the public square in Humacao Puerto Rico where he committed this criminal act and shot just like he shot that innocent man.
This is why people hate the cops, they start to serve the public but after a couple of years on the force its all about the power they have upon the citizens. Sure there are definitely bad guys out there but damn! this was an obvious overkill no pun intended.
Truly a sad story. My heart felt condolences go out to his family.
