Tis true. I love Cloudbusting...but King of the Mountain obviously is her best single. I mean Hounds of Love, Wuthering Heights, and There Goes a Tenner all come close...
Her music is pretty polarizing to me with tons of misses but a few exquisite gems.
I like her a lot, like I think she's an amazing artist and a very interesting person, but the music is just not for me I guess.
I agree that it's polarizing, moreso than any of the other creative artists (Joni Mitchell, Bjork, Suzzane Vega, Annie Lennox) but you should get into her. There may be some dud albums for you (for me there are like 2) but for the most part her discography is near flawless. Anyone who stans for someone outside of the main pop gurls on this forum should give her a chance, seeing as they are more likely to like non-commercial music

But now girls, Cloudbusting is MAY BE Top 5 material, but certainly not better than King of the Mountain, Running Up That Hill, Babooshka and There Goes a Tenner. You all certainly tried it though.
