I think the cynicism comes from a good place though. It's not like he wants her to flop or anything. He just feels that the position in which she is in right now does not work to her advantage. Especially with the ever changing radio climate of now. And if he wants to feel that way, we can't stop him. However I tell him myself when we chat personally that he does need more confidence in Gaga's charting abilities. Just because she hasn't been on the chart in awhile doesn't mean she'll disappear, but at the same time we can't all jump the gun and say she'll come back full force with massive radio support.
Of course. Im not saying she will come back and slay either. The only way I will base how she will do is when I hear the single myself. Arguing about stupid things such as her iTunes position 2 years since she's released new music and well over a year since new music is pointless and isn't indicitave of anything. It doesn't prove or say much about her position right now.
