Although that would be a smart move.
ZTE and Huawei are eating up Nokia (and BB, for that matter) on cheap phones share. Nokia's cheap phones are more solid and better that these two, plus these dumbphones have smartphones features and outsell Lumias 4/1. Don't underestimate the Ashas.
Also, Android performance on feature phones<<<<<<<. S40 is built to take little to no ressources and does the job pretty well, I'd rather have an Asha than a (more expensive) laggy, low build quality piece of ****.
