Not feeling it. Why do these people with guitars like covering r&b songs, sucking out all the color and character and soul and filling up all the space with reverb and flat and bored-sounding vocal deliveries?

**I don't mind their own songs but they did the same to Florence's You've Got The Love cover and it just felt like a 4 minute yawn over watery guitars.

Beauty lies in simplicity, not only over the top vocals. What you find boring, I find beautiful and more touching than the original, because the simplicity makes it feel personal and the performers - vulnerable.
