Mixed on the issue. I would say apply the legal way, but it's near to impossible for those in Mexico and Latin America to get a visa unless you have money.
It's hard enough for people to legally come to America. Teachers have to pay over £1000 just to get their teaching qualifications recognised, on top of everything else. God knows how much Doctors have to pay
Why should illegal immigrants get off so easily when so many others have to pay a fortune to live in the US?
I DEFINITELY believe DREAMers should be granted citizenship as they had no choice but to be brought here.People who come here to start all types of trouble and smuggle illegal things into the country should stay where they are.
Also, Im not sure if this is being done or not, but the governments of the United States and Mexico need to COLLABORATE on how issues like this arise.
There's a ton of them who do the "odd jobs" (in today's society) that most of the public wouldn't do like picking strawberries and such. A lot of farmers were saying they'd have a huge problem if they all got deported. I dont really think they should have to learn a lot of US history if they want to become a citizen considering most of the US population doesn't even accurately know a lot of US history outside of a few landmark events.

I just live in the UK which is a "free country" and imigration is a huge problem over here... people think it's ok to just up and leave their own country and come here to get a job and a home... which results in brits becoming homeless through not being able to get a job. It's a big problem here so that is why I don't have the time for immigrants
Yes. Grant citizenship to everyone and once those people commit major crimes, deport them. I have quite a few illegal friends, and they just came here for a better life. Really not that big of a deal. More tax money
Then after we allow 6 months for those people to apply for citizenship, anyone else who comes over after will get deported and get no amnesty. Then reform the immigration laws.

Death at some members saying its awful to leave your home country to migrate. Take a look at your ancestors. Americans have the least room to talk, as 99% of the country's citizens aren't true 'Americans'

I'm a Canadian who became American a year ago. The test isn't even that damn hard

It's common sense... people will hire immigrants over brits for quite a lot of jobs because they will work for a lot less money... also in the UK you get a load of calls asking if you want to buy this that and the other... 90% of the time they can barely speak a lick of english... the Government needs to get on top of their **** and stop them from coming into the country. The UK is overpopulated as it is. Granted if they are here on a visa to study then thats fine
