That Claude Kelly track makes it seem like this was intended for 4 but considering how 4 sounds it doesn't make any sense. Although word on the street is that 4 was originally a different sound than what we actually got.

Beyonce's version isnt the same as claudes. She wrote to the original track and it got cut so then claude got ahold of the beat and wrote something different for another artist.
Just to clarify this beat was for her '4' album not for her upcoming album. Danja's probably the most underrated producer in the business, it's sad too because everything he does is so original.
