She did look awkward when she stood up and sang the up-beat version, but they complained that they didn't like that she was on a piano first. Gaga does that all the time and I love it. She's such a lil monster.

I think Vincent Herbert was asked about it in an interview and he said Gaga was willing to do it only if the proceeds were donated to charity and that they were trying to work something out. I guess Madonna didn't like those terms.
