The song has been withheld from most subscription streaming services but racked 2.8 million plays on YouTube last week, enabling a No. 10 start for the track on Streaming Songs this week. It leads Radio Songs for a second week (135 million, up 1%) and falls 5-11 on Digital Songs (149,000, down 5%).

Look on the bright side .. 'Trouble' would have been #1 if there was
this rule earlier. Since her label sucks at putting her songs for
streaming, she may now get that #1 thanks to YouTube. I
just hope that '22' is as huge as 'Trouble' so that it can
benefit from it.
