I don't think they'll be "outlandish". We won't get lots of Disturbia-style vidoes, since those aren't really getting that many views.
But it'll probably be funny, charming, interesting videos. Like Call Me Maybe and Somebody That I Used to Know. They're not outlandish at all, but the first one is cute and amusing, and the latter is very simply, but fascinating to look at, and Thrift Shop's video for example makes you laugh. A music video like Disturbia or Bad Romance or The Sweet Escape wouldn't get many views today, people are bored of that sort of stuff now.
There's also gonna be artists who have their entire albums charting in the Hot 100 for multiple weeks I reckon.
