Does a song have to be sent to radio though? Or can just any video + a song + millions of views chart?

Even though it will likely help 1D as far as charting I am afraid. If maybe 3/4 weeks a year we get these flavor of the week #1's I would be fine. However, I am guessing it will be significantly more than that.
