I agree, I really don't care what goes on in her personal life. I'm mostly here for the music. However, I do want the best for her. I don't want our Britney to date some loser who will cause troubles in her life. Like P!nk said, Britney deserves the world(best).
She actually has more chance now at scoring a #1 and Top 10 hit than she did with the last set of rules because her videos get way more views and parodies than other several artists like P!nk, Ke$ha, Usher, Kelly, etc.

MTE. Maybee even more weeks at #1 instead of the same old one week.
Maybe now we could get Unusual You to chart (by watching is on youtube) and get it the attention it deserves.
The new rule changes are literally catastrophic because there is SO much weight now on video views and radio airplay, which are arguably Britney's weak points when it comes to charting. Well, tbh, she's not really predominant in any area when it comes to charting but she usually does best digitally (first week at least), so I suppose if they release an audio video in the week of release like they did with HIAM and it gets a lot of views that could help the song debut at #1. And she always gets healthy first week airplay on Pop when she debuts a new song so I'm iffy about the new rules, but I think Britney is now at an advantage again.
As long as there's no novelty song like Gangnam Style or Harlem Shake smashing at the time, she should have a clear path to #1. Especially with an inevitable radio deal.
The change on the Hot 100 rules is messy IMO - Yes, it is a long overdue change, but once again they do it out of nowhere, so it ends up looking bad.
And to make things worse, they're counting PARODIES, which is not fair AT ALL.

So, what is it: good or bad for her? I mean...
I don't even know. I'm guessing more of an advantage than anything else. I'm just pissed it didn't come when the remix video was released.

Parodies count now?!

They count if they don't use the original track? OMG. MESS.
