Viral videos like Gangnam Style and Harlem Shake will block for weeks/months with this new rule. If anything this will ruin alot of artists chances to hit number 1.

Billboard probably doesn't even care at this point with this rule change.
For everyone thinking they can makes videos go #1 fast because of instant replays. It won't work. If a video already has 300 views an you watched it ten times it'll only count as one view.
