Apparently any video, regardless if it's VEVO/official or not with the songs audio file will be counted as views.

What an awful idea, this just makes it easier for labels to payola. Buying YouTube views is so simple. Even if YouTube removes fake views on big videos every once in a while, I doubt they do it weekly.
