There's no % in the formula. There's never been. Each contributing stat is uncapped. Each stat has its own weight of course, but there's no limit on how much it can contribute. That's why Harlem Shake with 100m+ views could get to #1. The nearest competition is at 10m. Like BB said themselves, without the youtube views, Harlem Shake would only chart in Top 15 (i.e. outside of Top 10).
I wish this happened sooner, so when you add up the calculations, Your Body's peak would've been #13. Scream & Shout would've been #1 last week.
