She's doing a campaign with a Swedish TV show that tries to solve crimes and they're handing out a prize to somebody who "dared to act". The elephants are probably about "the elephant in the room", she talked about how you should dare to take action and dare to react to what's happening, even though everybody else are ignoring it..
