No they don't. Who do you think notices when she has off moments? Online music fans who overanalyze everything or regular people? And she hasn't been off on The Voice either from what I recall. She goes extreme, but people have always known that about her. But she's not hitting off notes there.

Oh I forgot about that one. But except that one note, it wasn't too bad. If she sang more straight forward it would probably be more noticeable, but shes able to get away with more stuff like that because of her singing style.

She is able to get away with it because the average person does not have a trained ear, and so a loud voice and a pleasant tone is enough for most people, even if that singer actually has issues with intonation, breath support, keeping a neutral larynx, placement, and musicianship. These things do not matter to the average person - or at least, they don't notice them.
I would suggest that everyone watch these videos. See if you notice a pattern:

It makes sense. The GP is usually not very knowledgeable in vocal technique among other things.
You have people considering xtina in the ranks of MC or people saying Adele is the best vocalist in the last decade..
