Manchester is so far believed to be fully seated only. We was all just breaking down on twitter like "she hasn't toured in 4 years and comes back to one of her biggest markets just to make us sit" but the O2 customer service twitter confirmed there would be standing at London as well as seating so it could possibly just be Manchester.
