AMAs-win and performa at the AMAs.
Grammy's-perform also being nominated.
BMAs-receive Icon award for actual billboard achievements instead of a propaganda move to have celebs gush over her and her mother present the award. I want hers to be styled after Cher's, michaels, Madonnas, Janets, Mariah's and other BMA achievement awards.

May-August Uptempo dance song with urban/rhythmic crossover
August-November Mid tempo or uptempo
November-February Ballad
March-June Uptempo
June-September Midtempo
9th album era November 15 or who know November 14 if she has the itch.
Her image needs to be more inline with her look at the Whitney houston event.
She needs to work on dancing and pre-recorded vocals and use the summer and fall to entice others to support the Vegas residency at the end of the year.

With a november release and limited promotion the era will seem like almost over in early 2014. Specifically for her 8th album era it should be more expansive.
Then in the 9th album and 10th album eras if she wants to go back to November releases then that will work but she is at an interesting time.



Yeah a summer smash is needed for Britney. Especially after having this smash single featuring Will i a m. She can't let it cool off until September.
