I don't get it either. So they roll it up and smoke it like marijuana? Does it taste better that way or something? There's gotta be some crazy health risks.

I think you do get a temporary high from smoking it. I can only make assumptions because I have never "smoked" or snorted it.

Most of the time, my classmates did it because it was the "hot" thing to do.

The candy wrapper was the "rolling paper". They kept the candy in the candy wrapper, but they just used some hard object to crush the candy.

But those are rockets, not smarties.

I don't remember this being done tbh.
