Japan..oh that's cute. I guess at this point Japan and it's handheld market will keep Nintendo afloat.

please don't deny that the Wii U already had one of the worst sales in any month in major console gaming history.

a shame a nintendo system is considered a flop. the only ok games they have are the mario games, every new zelda,metroid, and any other game just sucks. the only other good games nintendo has are the recreational interactive games. other then that no one is here for Nintendo games.

It's normal for consoles and handhelds to have a slow start. Even the 3DS looked like it would be a flop, but look at the slayage it's causing left and right now

The Vita has been flopping for too long now and it probably won't see the light of commercial succes anytime soon, unless Sony has a master plan involving the PS4 with it (bundles?

Luckily, the Wii U has a monstrous future ahead. 3D Mario, Mario Kart, Wii Fit U, Smash Brothers, a 6th generation Pokémon Stadium etc.

So yeah, it's pretty obvious which one is the bigger flop

Coming off the run of one of the most successful gaming systems ever, the Wii U should be doing a LOT better. No one (should have) expected the Vita to do anything substantial.
