I would agree with you, except ATRL (including Britney stans) was calling the Super Bowl "local" just days ago. Based on ATRL's logic, the Super Bowl wouldn't have an effect on ticket sales in places like Croatia, Slovakia, Poland, etc. (Bey sold out all these places).
