Examiner: BTW Ball canceled due to "production costs"?
Don't remember seeing this posted:

Live Nation (and not Lady Gaga) announced today that Lady Gaga has canceled the rest of her underperforming "Born This Way Ball" tour due to Mother Monster being so hurt that she needs surgery on her hip. If Lady Gaga is truly hurt, we wish her the best luck in recovering and are thankful it's not something worse.
However, we have received information from two reputable sources that say Live Nation pulled the plug on Lady Gaga's tour because it wasn't making enough money to justify the production. "It wasn't that ticket sales were disastrous, but they weren't good enough to justify the huge production cost," one source says. "I truly believe Lady Gaga is making her 'injury' out to be a lot worse than it is. This is definitely a cover-up."
Another source told us that Lady Gaga is devastated about the cancelation of the shows and actually wanted to reschedule them, but Live Nation refused. "They lost a lot of money on this tour, especially in South America. North American ticket sales were fine, but not nearly as well as expected. They had to give away a lot of tickets," the source tells us.
You can bet that Lady Gaga and her team will try and drum up as much sympathy for Mother Monster as possible. She is good at playing the victim card, but the public may see through it this time. We do feel sorry for the fans though. Whatever the true reasons for the cancelation, they are missing out on a show they have been looking forward to for months.
I can't believe they're trying to claim that a tour which has grossed nearly $200,000,000 was struggling. These people will do anything to try and refute her success.
I love how he never links his sources, and when he does, they're just random twitter pages. Klsdmfnfi
at your desperate attempt. EVERYONE knows the Examiner is utter ********, why even try? I knew the haters would eventually come up with the bright idea that she faked injuring herself as part of an elaborate scheme for public sympathy so they could cancel the tour b/c of it flopping and such. The struggle is real.
