Kayleigh was born with Hypoplastic left heart syndrome and Turners syndrome, and Gaga promised to meet her after her Wednesday show in Chicago. So, even though Lady Gaga was at the same time forced to cancel the entire tour due to her own injury, they still met that afternoon to fulfill her promise.

I still don't understand why she has blonde hair, and how she's able to crouch like that.
(she's in and out of a wheelchair, but mostly on crutches)

How can ANYONE say she is doing this only for publicity, she fulfilled her promise even with a broken hip. I love her.
