I can't at Rated R being compared to 4 4 was great, but it wasn't Beyonce's best album.Rated R was an amazing album and is Rihanna's best album 4 is much weaker than Rated R, however new music in april!

What he says makes sense. But Rihanna's release after Rated R sounds like GGGB part 2 so I don't know if she even turned a corner with her music. Although Rated R itself is an incredible pop album, I like it more than 4.
