iPhone 5 ranked fifth in user satisfaction, behind Androids
Historically the iPhone has always ranked in the top spot of user satisfaction. New index shows it in 5th place in the US while HTC One X takes the cake in the UK. (The UK knows)
Notice that the least overrated phones win top marks in both markets. Congrats to the underdogs (HTC/MOTO), the true gems.
I hate lists like these because this one, for instance, isn't even from an entire year -- just a couple of months. Let's save this page, and a year later see how many of these phones are still on the list without major cosmetic or software changes. Apple is essentially using its same design from years ago with small tweaks to its design and now that I think about it, the same could be said about its software as well. The fact that it's still in the top 5 without any major overhauls done to it shows a lot.
But seriously, choose any high end smart phone today and you will not go wrong. Maybe 3 years ago you can tell what's great to what's so-so but now it just all comes down to preference whether in size, UI, functionality or ecosystem. They are all great in their own way.
Sprint is probably holding it back from the top spot with their flop LTE network, but AT&T and Verizon >>> and T-Mobile coming in a couple months
I traded my 4S for an S3
I regret it though because the S3 has too many software problems
I dont think the network on which the Phone is on determined the outcome. Its just a review based on the phone itself. I too have Sprint and will give the one more year to get caught up with that LTE footprint.
Those graphs are obnoxious. Thats a difference of less than 5% for both graphs. In all reality, a difference of <.05 isn't relevant, and even as a happy S3 user I understand that. CH @ the desperation.

I hate graphs like this so much. Once you learn about them in a statistics class you see them EVERYWHERE.
