Any list like this is gonna cause meltdowns. The only indisputable fact is that Madonna sits at the top of the list. All other positons are highly debatable.
Personally I would ditch Grace Jones and a couple of others then put Annie Lennox, Mariah and Britney in there instead. But whatever, its just opinion and preference at the end of the day. Its not facts set in stone.

There is not enough words to describe how wrong it is to put Gaga above somebody like Patti, Joni or Janis. Gaga doesnt even deserve to be on lists like this.
Adele, Gaga, Beyonce, The Spice Girls and ABBA girls out,
Annie Lennox, Bjork, Ella Fitzgerald, Tina Turner and PJ Harvey in.
