Stanning as in frequenting message boards and furiously defending your favorite artists by all means and still using the word "pressed" to refer to anybody who differs with your train of thought will be a part of your past when your priorities really take over your life.
You will continue to be supportive, because the music is what made you a fan in the first place and will have you around as long as you're interested.
Sadly, a few recent examples have shown that some "adults" still suffer the misfortune of still living their day-by-day through their favorite (and non-favorite) artists' lives.

It depends.
When I hear about people being like 25/26+ and still stanning I think it's so embarrassing
If Kworb really is 35 - it's different because he moderates the site.
But to be like 25 and stan for someone like Ke$ha or Demi Lovato it's pretty weird
I'm just a big fan of many artists now
