I understand the math but my thing is that it will be a 2 year commitment and she's only doing 45 dates. to me, if she's barely doing a show or two on the weekends it just seems so half bleeped.
I was hoping that she could do some Thursdays and all Friday and Saturday shows that's
2-3 shows *4 weeks =8/12 monthly * 12 months= around 100+ dates for one year and the same if they wanted to do a 2nd year. I wanted her to break records with the money she can make.
I mean it's like her album going top 5. yes, we get an album but she's known for breaking records always going to #1.
Maybe I can't explain it. When I heard news that she might not get $100M I said to myself that it was fine because it will probably be close to it $75/80M...$30M
for a small amount of shows.
I'm just not here for her barely doing a residency because if she is barely singing live and barely dancing it just will seem so basic.
Sigh...now I'm getting close to the edge and getting ready to join those naysayers
