Pixie and Alexandra are two of the stars lending their support encouraging organ donation.
Alex is an advocate of many charitable organisations.
Pixie is an extremely charitable star, often journeying to Africa to lend support to those in need.
Both along with others (Dermot O'Leary, McFly) will be strongly encouraging organ donation to those that need it most. Musical performances from McFly and Alexandra will also air.
The show goes out on 13th February, 9PM on ITV 1.
