For me, I honestly don't care, but she is getting out of hand though. I'm all up for her being adventurous; it actually seems like she's maturing faster than normal and starting off early, which isn't bad, but she needs to factor in her age and how it may possibly effect her in the future and for her parents as well.
Whether you think it's bad or not, it'll have a negative impact on not only Willow, her parents. Her wild appearances make it seem as if her parents can't keep her on lock and that they don't know the slightest thing about taking care of a child. I don't agree with that, but they honestly need to watch how their daughter is looking. It's just embarrassing for both of them..you can't let your child do any and everything. There's boundaries a parent should set up.

What "wild" appearances are you talking about?
Fake piercings? Hair dye? Things that mean nothing. People were calling her a mess because she wanted short hair. She is allowed to express herself anyway she sees fit, as long as she isn't doing anything damaging. People always want little girls to look and dress how they think little girls should be. Let Willow be Willow.
