The only pro of watching a concert with someone to me is discussing it after (your favorite parts). Other than that, I'd be fine going alone. I don't talk to my family/friends during the shows anyways.

The only thing worse than going to a concert alone is not going to concerts at all (like me).

BUT HOW can y'all go to movies alone tho? Like, I guess i could HANDLE going to a concert alone if thats what fate had thrown at me, but A MOVIE?

I've been to two concerts by myself and I had no problem with it. I just talked to others while waiting or played with my phone. By the way, pre-concert convos with friends aren't that great either: "I'm so excited" "Me too!" "Do you think we could get a better view if we moved to the left a little?" ... "When do you think she comes on stage?" "Around 9" "It's 9.05. Where is she?" "My feet are killing me"
Those are not the convos that will be remembered so it's no big deal if you missed them. I also will go as crazy as I would if I had company with me.
So in conclusion: I'm a music lover. I love going to concerts and if nobody wants to go with me: Eff it, I don't let anybody ruin my excitement for certain artists and their live performances.

I would never go to the movies alone though. Not a big movie fan, so if I don't go with a friend it's ridic.

The only instance where going with friends is more fun, is if they're massive stans of the artist in question, but that rarely ever happens, so I prefer going alone and have more fun
