I don't know if this has been done or this is the right spot, but oh well.
This thread is for anyone in the Chicago area or suburbs.
How is everyone enjoying this snow?

Yesterday, it was all slush, and walking out of school, I was bitching the whole way.

This morning, the slush was all frozen, and I practically slid to school.

I'm only okay with the cold if there's snow. If it's just cold and no snow, I just get so bitter.

I love Chicago. I live in the suburbs but I love the city. Anyway, love the snow, hate driving in it. :gump:

The snow over here by the lake is just a slushy type and its slowing melting away anyway and its getting warmer, i love it.

The snow in suburb I live in is like hard/ice. I fell right on my ass getting out of my car to walk into school.

My car slid into oncoming traffic yesterday, but thankfully i missed a car and got back on my side of the road.

I know some people who live in Logan Square.

The ki is that I live in a black neighborhood, but one of the safer ones (only heard a gunshot once in my life).

But some neighborhoods.....the gang violence......
