Isn't it funny? If an artist is successful the fans of that artist says it's the artist himself, the posters who don't like that artist says the producers and co-writers are in charge.
But what if the artist is not successful...........
Rihanna doesn't write her music yet she still makes the best pop music of the pop girls.
I mean, I stay a fan. I don't think she's completely hands-off like people suggest, and I definitely think she has a big part in choosing the songs that go onto her albums. I wish she wrote more, but what you gonna do when you stay bopping and listening?
She didn't really "drag" them. They asked her a question about them and she answered truthfully. This is why they're able to release so much material so quickly.
But it's also why they stay relevant while Gaga doesn't.
Very few X Factor stars become long lasting pop stars. They fade after a few years. Rihanna's proven her longevity with hit singles, albums and now a hit tour.

For those who don't know who she is, she's another one of Gaga's demon spawns that sweatily performs her 'DJ REMIXES' for crowds of 25 when opening for Gaga's shows.
Gaga needs to put a muzzle on her 'NYC BAD KIDZ' troupe.
Regarding Rihanna, I see no lies. Yes, she wrote extensively on Rated R, but that was an anomaly, far from her normal level of involvement.
Also, some people need to brush up on what exactly an artist is. Saying Whitney was an artist because she was an amazing singer is hilarious. Artist create, something. Being an epic singer simply means you're an epic singer, in the same way Bolt is an amazing sprinter, but neither are artists.
Also, executive producing your album doesn't make you an artist either.. That job just entails managing, picking, & rearranging the work (songs) created by someone else to yield a finished body of work lol. The equivalent of a curator in the art world.
Everything is easy for Rihanna. She doesn't have to spend time thinking about writing or
producing songs, she gets easy #s songs while other artists such as Lady GaGa
or Shakira have to work hard to write their songs, and then they have to
co-produce it. The hardest decisions she has to make are
probably choosing her clothes, her hairstyle
and maybe the stage's design.
