New details:
If there aren’t any last-minute delays, I’m reliably told the show with Britney will be before the end of this year, but no dates have yet been set. I’m also told that Britney’s new album has to be completed and released first.

She's been recording since Summer last year so it won't be "THAT" fast.
But since it's starting this year it makes me think even more than it'll be released in Spring as opposed to Fall like recent reports have been saying..

Who cares if it's Planet Hollywood? They probably won the bidding war and I can't way to know the amount the Queen will get. Forbes is not ready.

It's official:

"Extra" exclusively confirms that Britney Spears's Las Vegas show will in fact be held at one of Caesars Entertainment Group's properties. Sources told "Extra" the show would most likely take place at Planet Hollywood, where "Extra's" Las Vegas bureau is located.
Earlier this week, "Extra" reported that Britney's show was nearly a done deal, and that her team was deciding about which of two Caesar properties would be home for the show.
A formal statement confirming the negotiations is in process and due to be released soon.
