I'd be more than glad if we sacrificed new sign ups and the search feature for a faster server. It's not like new members bring anything interesting to the table.

But in all seriousness ATRL is way past its peak.

The lag issues have certainly impacted the number of posts I personally have per day. I don't even bother to come on sometimes because I know it will be miserably slow.

ATRL should allow swearing and serious discussions, we're getting all the preppy braindeads and scaring away the intelligent people!

ATRL needs to allow registrations ASAP - at least for two days with the announcement. I need some young blood.

nah i think the major problem is the unbearable lags. the server would be alot faster though if we got rid of a certain stanbase.

The lagging is what causes a lot of people to avoid posting or even reading threads and the search function should be disabled for a while if that guarantees a faster forum.

And open the new register for new members again too

Not having new members makes it seem like ATRL is fading. Old members post less and less and without new members joining to make up for the lack of posters posting regularly, it seems the site is fading.

Please, disable the search feature. It's okay to use "blah blah blah site:atrl.net" on google.

If the site wasn't so slow, I don't think the traffic would be as low.
