I saw all that excitement, and it's great. She's doing a good job of getting her name back in the music industry and for positive reasons. No one is talking about the under performing of her last album, they're talking about the great performance at the Super Bowl. And that is great for when she does decide to drop the single. There's no disputing that the Super Bowl would have been good promotion for it, but it's also a really obvious way of doing things, and I think this way is better where she truly builds hype instead of inserting it into something that was already hyped regardless of a new single. It's better to spread it out. It is what it is. You have your opinions on it and I have mine. There's really no use us arguing over it when we're both here for Beyonce. It's just that I'm happy with what she's doing. I would have loved to have music by now, but it's coming, and I'm happy. We don't even know what her goals are for this era and you're projecting them to be your goals for the era. She has a baby now. Her life is different, it's not just about her. She can do whatever she wants and shouldn't be criticized for something she never said she'd do.
Let me quote Beyonce herself, "I felt like I had been so commercially successful ... it's something really stressful about having to keep up with that ... it is the battle of my life, so I set a goal, and my goal was independence." She's doing it her way. Let's support her as fans should instead of getting mad at her for not being under the managing control of someone else who is telling her to do things she doesn't want to do.
