What are some movies that you have seen that have changed you? For me it's probably Mysterious skin, It's so sad and depressing (I'll never watch that movie ever again). It made me realize how often incidents like that happen and how much abuse can damage a person.
Requiem for A Dream is not that disturbing or haunting. It's just super real and touching.

I do drugs on a regular basis but when I saw that film (just a weeks ago) I kinda had hesitations. I don't do it as much now. I did not throw my life away for drugs by the way.

I'm not saying you threw your life away, it affects people in different ways, but the people I know ended up with an addiction that ruined them.
That's interesting, I really want to watch it now.
