The guy who tweeted this writes for FuseTV, Billboard, RollingStone, AllKpop, BuzzFeed, and Popdust so he probably has connections which is how he found out and since he's a 2NE1 fan himself I doubt he'd lie about this. However YG can delay their comeback again so who knows
