I think Beyonce is very keen on doing it her way this time, no slip ups or leaks. If she had debuted as single, that info is just too juicy for someone not to try and record or talk about or whatever. If she's as hardcore about this as the article that said she clears out the computers and brings locked hard drives home with her or whatever, then this would make sense.
It's also smart of her to not oversaturate her audience. Let them fall into place with amazement, all ready and waiting for new music. She got to do the Super Bowl in her own right without being there to promote anything but herself. It puts her up there in the legends category I think, by not being concerned with it crossing over to her newest product. If anything it has guaranteed her a larger number of tour goers, as I have heard from a lot of people who want to go to the tour already.
Plus it gives her a chance to give the
4 era the shine it deserved but didn't get, and hopefully it gets a lot of sales this week to boost it's numbers. What do you guys expect for it? 10,000? Less? More? I don't follow the charts that much.
