Well, its not like no other artist would mind pics like this to become public, hardly.
Its just that
those artists who are not obsessed with their look or fame are just working hard on their music and dont even think about posting these kind of pics on twitter, many of them dont even have a twitter account, so the privilege to take pics of them while looking drained and wasted goes to paparazzi.
She scrubs her eye make-up off, half closes her eyes and posts pics like this on twitter on purpose... well, she posts pics on net instead of falling asleep behind the table, so I guess she is not really THAT tired, its just her pose, maybe she just wants to be pitied again
and i really doubt its from touring, i know people with 3 jobs who never sleep and they never look like this.
