If it is real, than most likely it is Telephone pt. 2 with Beyonce, Gaga, and Azealia all in a video with choreo, colorful scenery, a killer plotline and tons of Illuminati imagery. The song itself has been confirmed to be real. We just don't know if it will even be on the album.
I'm pretty sure Azaelia mentioned in an interview she worked with Gaga on two tracks, and one of them was called 'Ratchet'.
