I would agree, but like what plagued us in some countries, "Thrift Shop"'s two versions murder the competition. I would otherwise say No. 1 is possible, simply because it is just as strong as it is in airplay/streaming and sales would be the only thing to worry about. So we'll be settling for #3 peak, which I'm very happy about.
I also don't think the remix will count towards the original, given the major production and lyrical changes. Who knows with Billboard, these days the rules shift and become anew by the week's circumstances.
As for #era8 lead-in, obviously we're getting out the gate smash. The song needs to captivate the public however, to hold on. I'll never understand why "HIAM" didn't do that, it's an amazing song. Second single will also be out of the gate smash, given they release it with the album ala "Circus". It will be interesting. It's clear she is gearing for a more rhythmic sound the next album instead of full-ahead pop, so the songs might stick.
